There is a world of different between a base and a well loaded one (porsche loves nickel and diming) As for issues, if the car hasn't had an RMS leak by 43K you are probably in the clear. Many of the major issues with the engine should be fixed by 2002, save the low probability (but horrible) IMS failure.
