I knew it, I've been telling the dealer for a while my clutch has a problem (bought the car when it had 6000 miles a 2004 986S) and there is also a squeek coming back from the engine when I press the clutch pedal.
I told them to remove the transmission and check everything and now they are getting me a brand new clutch for only the cost of the clutch disk. No labor charges or anything.
The car was very harsh between gear changes and sometimes it would shake when I downshifted. Not really the dream car experience you would expect.
I used to think it was the way I drove it but then I drove other cars and I've been driving this sweet loaner CaymanS since friday only to see that it is definitely
not me. Wow, what a car the CaymanS is btw.
Just wanted to share the excitement, I cant wait for my car to feel like the loaner CaymanS.
