I like it on the Cayman better. Actually I Love it on the Cayman
me thinks it looks out of place on a Cabriolet...too agressive for a cruiser.
And definitely too busy with those two piece-look wheels.

Well I'm assuming this was originally the GT2 Tech Art kit? I like the standard GT2 front bumper on the Boxster (with the Turbo headlights), fluid lines...
but Tech Art's GT2 front bumper on the Boxster is too agressive for a roadster.

and I've never been a fan of GT2 skirting on either the 911 Cab or the Boxster.
Not so bad 996 Turbo or C4S...but the GT3 MKII skirting works well with any Porsche.

somewhat TechArt related....I got one these for the bookshelf

Tech Art 996 TT

I like it. It looks more modern to me. To each his own.

It's a copy of the TechArt front end. Those guys make nice stuff. I think it looks agressive. Very cool. Although the front end may rub allot on curbs and high inclines.

i personally like it, on a box too, especially with some sideskirts and bumper diffusers it could work out.
then add the automotion spoiler and it would be very nice

It's just cartoonish. The weirdo vents near the hood, the riceboy wing... it's all too boyracer. Nevermind that the bumper appears to extend the front overhang - which is already pronounced on any P-car - and the shape of the front bumper makes the car look heavy and fat. I guess I'm getting old. A standard GT3 bumper looks just about perfect.

I've never liked the venting on that front bumper, however otherwise I like it. I'd like to see if those vents were more subtle when painted body color. I'm not as fond of the rockers as I find it breaks up the cars natural lines too much.

Does anyone know what wheels those are, as I like them very much.

My bumper has the same vents as that one. Guess you don't like mine either. For those of you who would like to cover up the front potruding "fangs" there is this optional front lip that is also removeable. Here it is shown on the turbo. Note the different headlights. Other than that, it's the same.

I think that Techart bodykit looks good, maybe too agressive for a 986 but, on a Turbo it looks great. This is a genuine Techart kit on my dads Turbo out at Hallet Motor Speedway.

I think that bumper only suits cars with the later style headlights. Doesn't flow at all

The headlights are only 3 inches in difference. Has nothing to di with the flow of the cars lines at all.
