I bought a 99 boxster and they performed the oil change, spark plugs, just about everything prior to me buying. Should I trust the work they did or should I take it to a Porsche dealer?
i hope they put Mobil1 and all the porsche approved parts on it, including sparkplugs

I'm sure they put in factory parts. Carmax is notorious for selling/buying cars in original condition trim. I tried selling my 2002 Frontier pickup to them which was in perfect shape, and they dinged my $700 for having non-factory sized tires on it. They told me that they have to restore any car they buy to original factory condition before they can sell it, especially if its still under factory warranty. Just for piece of mind ask for a copy of the service invoce to make sure.
I have a copy of all services they provided they said changed oil full synthetic just not saying mobile 1. The list is pretty long of thing's they did changed head light covers etc... painted... new Porsche shield.
