Exclamation Clutch not going full distance

2000 2.7 L with 110K miles.

Yesterday, I noticed problems with getting into all the gears while driving. The Clutch felt normal, but didn't feel like it traveled the same distance. I finally got it home again, with problems getting it into gear.

Today, Car will not start. I push clutch pedal to the floor (or at least as far as it will go) and nothing. I did notice that the switch sound that use to be there is no longer present. I got up in the foot well and I only saw 1 switch that was at the top end of the clutch pedal (not depressed).
Brake/clutch fluid resivoir is filled, clutch is stiiff, gear shift feels normal shifiting to all gears while engine is off.

Any thoughts?
