bmus, how's the PSE?
You know we all want to hear (about) it, so stop playing around.

Everything is great! I love the sound. I can hear it now...and not just engine sounds. Not too loud. Nice and throaty. Cold start-ups sound really amazing.
My MPG's have plummeted because I "blip" the throttle now at every opportunity!
Sorry I was not able to post sooner. I have been very busy with work and traveling...and we bought a new house last Monday!

I guess someday I'll have to find an S owner that has upgraded... to 'donate' their old muffler to my Boxster...

bmus, glad you like it, and congrats on the new house!
By 'throaty' do you also mean it has more bass?

I just upgraded my 2000 S with a PSE. It sounds pretty good, but I'm hoping desnorking will make it even more throaty.

Did you get it in the 4,000+ rpm range yet?

Oh boy, this is going to get me into trouble, I sense. I should never have signed up here.

Mark, yes, in the parking lot on my way out! You bet. They hooked it up so it is in "loud" mode at all times.
Sounds great in places where buildings are on both sides of you.
