Skeptics would say the list doesnt show that the boxster isnt a girly car, but rather, it shows that it is a crappy girly car and just cant break the top 10.

They would be wrong on all accounts.

I had one of my co-workers ask me "you know what kind of people drive Boxsters, right?" and I said "what kind?" ... he says "women and homosexuals." I immedietely piped back with "you know what kind of people drive a '96 Volvo right? (he drives this and was a good sport so he said "what kind?") .... I said "poor people"

We both laughed our asses off about it. (the whole conversation was in fun spirit... he and I get a long but pick on each other all the time.... even on TV. Two days later he's in the parking lot wanting to take my car for the weekend.)

A Porsche/Bravo channel poll indicated that the prefferred Porsche of the gay community was the 911 Cabriolet. The VW bug convertible took overall honors for the 5th straight year.

Trust me its not a lie my hairdresser Emilio from Rome told me...

Dohertycm, venture down to any track or autocross, two of the most common cars you will see are the Boxster and Miata, along with the S2000, Mini Coopers, M3s, STI's, EVOs, Corvettes and interesting mixture not many poodles on the sidelines though...

Your right Perfectlap

Your right perfect lap....you do see a lot of miatas...And I eat there lunch all the time. If one beats me on the track, its because I didnt go.

The S2000 are a monster on the track. especially the Autocross. I see them kick everyones butt at the SCCA Autocrosses. I had thought about getting one myself, but I then came to my senses...

Or is it because women never buy Boxsters, but rather, they are given to them?

Sheilds up!
