Which is a better deal? Is it priced fairly? HELP ASAP - Need to pick one

The 2001 S is the better deal with the heated seat and PSM. These options can't be added later unless you spend thousands of dollars. You can add the 18" wheels later even get them from Ebay if you so desire. I don't know where you live but you can have like I do a set of tires for the winter 17" and a set for the summer 18" with the Carrera alloys.
