Just for the record, here's what it turned out to be.

1. Crank case breather vent case is cracked which is making it run lean.
2. Check valve for the air pump is leaking.

Also need to be fixed, but aren't the cause of the cel
1. A bunch of leaking gaskets giving me a bunch of little oil leaks.
2. Outter portion of the throttle cable is frayed.

Total, parts & labor: $1200
