Side skirts will be held on by a couple of screws also at each wheel area and then clips under the body with either double sided tape or a form of glue on the sides.
But if I were you I would really invest in some skirts that are of better quality, those you linked from ebay are just really cheap knock offs and they do not fit or look right.
