When you install those, there is a little room for play... so don't just put them
in place and tighten them down. You may have to hold it in place, slightly
elevated (so it's not resting on the bumper), and THEN tighten the nuts in back.

i did that and theres still gapping around it regardless as long as the gasket holds water out of my trunk then itll be fine i guess...

in the pic posted it doesnt look that bad at all...

Are both lights like that or just the right one?
