I have used the Autovisuals product on small stone chips, no big stuff.
I like the paint pen much better than touch-up paints you have to apply with a brush, then monkey with cleaning the brush, the paint getting thick in the bottle, etc.
The paint match in my case was perfect, so no problem there.
There are ways to produce a virtually undetectable paint repair using the bottle and brush method, but frankly I found the descriptions of the process to be a whole lot more work to fix a pencil-tip chip than I cared to put into it.
