Took a day off for wifeys birthday, got bored at home and while waiting for her and after almost all day of washing, claying, waxing and waxing and waxing again *(Meguiars Product) here's the result: I think I over did it
*no affiliation or anything, just want to share what I use today and probably one more use...Zaino here we go

That looks really nice!

OK, so you took the day off and your wife worked, on her birthday? Did I understand you right!

I want to use either the 2nd or 3rd pix for my sig but I can't do it like what DJ did before (my recent sig)

Looks great! But ya know, the job's not done until you put a shine on those tires! ; )

Funny, I washed/waxed mine last weekend here in SoCal because the weather was/is great...the trees dropped a bunch of pollen and made my silver look yellow!

I'm going w/ the RoW springs and sway bars matched up the 'S' shocks I have in the garage. It's supposed to drop it 20mm(almost 4/5") in the front,10mm(2/5") in the rear. I pretty darn sure it's going to happen,I'm just waiting for Sunset Imports to get them in stock.

Im thinking about painting the bumperettes but i can't find anything closer to the paint of my car. my only option is send it to bumperplugs and have them re-paint it but it might cost me my 3rd child
about the tires: I would love to make it shiny but I can't find one that wont be all over the door when i drive..you know, the oil thingy can you recommend one...

Well the prices are for the 5spd,I doubt the auto/tip suspension would cost alot more but I know it consist of other parts.

That is part of email I shared w/ Jeff Clark of Sunset Imports, his responses are in italiacs.

Hi,
I was looking to get a quote on some parts;
~99' Boxster RoW rear sway bar w/ bushings bar is 71.70 month from Germany, bushings 7.65 ea, week away
~front & rear RoW springs fronts 88.33 month from Germany with red and yellow color band. Rears are 80.62 with one pair in the US, if they sell out it's a month from Germany. Color band is red/red. Priced per pair.

This is all for a manual trans car.

END OF EMAIL

Now I didn't ask about dampers(shocks) cause I figure I will use the 'S' ones I have lying around in the garage. The estimates also dont include the front sway bar & bushings which I already have installed in the car.

The cost of installation is what will get you on these cars. I called 5 indie shops and they ranged from $600-1k for installation....YIKES! Then on top of that you have to get an alignment. Then I remembered about the traveling indie P-mechanics that work on old 911s,Mobile Works. Gave them a call and to my luck the mechanic that works the Sacramento region works on newer Porsches! I was estimated $400 for installation(included traveling fee to get to my house).

Here is a pic of a Boxster w/ the RoW kit.

I think the bumperettes would look sharp, lets start you a fund like randall's supercharger fund

I used tire wett or some junk on mine...maybe a meguiars product actually last time...the signature pic looks great now tho....maybe we can have DJ photoshop some armorall on those tires

Yeah, me too. Mine's got a bunch of rock chips on the hood from being at the track. Can you work on those as well? Thanks.
