Not on a US-spec F430
. The European model has launch control, which will give you a perfect launch (and a 3.5s 0-60 time), but Ferrari deemed that too risky for the US. Apparently they were afraid of getting sued over it.
It's weird, though. My Gallardo does have launch control (not that I've had a chance to use it yet) and so does the 360 Stradale and Ferrari Enzo. They had one of the latter in the shop when I was there to pick up the car today. Holy schmoly, that car is wicked.
