986 trailer hitch & tire trailer

For sale is a custom 986 hitch that uses both the bumperette mounts and the tow hitch to mount to the car for extra strength and stability. Branded as a draw tite. Used this for a year and a half and it worked well. Only concern is a slight downward angle to the hitch, but that didnt seem to cause any issues. Comes with 2 receivers (one drop and one straightish)and two 1 7/8ths balls. Will throw in the aluminum fabbed license plate mount. Its ugly but it works. $200 plus shipping, bit its heavy

Also have for sale my tire trailer. Its a carry all 3.5by5 steel mesh trailer with a customer wheel mounting setup mounted amidships. Will securely retain 4 porsche wheels of various sizes. Height adjustable wheel bar. Has room for large hd plastic storage box and 4x5 gallon fuel jugs. Total weight when fully loaded is about 500lbs, but rolls easily when pulled by hand. No problem for box to tow or move around by hand. Was great for my purpose but graduated to car hauler. Would like $450.

Any questions im glad to answer.

Will post pica when i get to my computer

ok here goes. Only issue is the paint job on the trailer frankly is kinda crap so has some rock chips. If i was gonna keep, i would scuff and spray with rustoleum. But this trailer is only 2 years old, so from new they aren't good.

Thanks for posting the pics. So this isn’t the “hidden hitch” style - the bumper-ettes are removed while the hitch is installed.

Somebody should buy this trailer, I haven't been able to tow my trailer behind the Cayman because my old Boxster hitch doesn't map to the Cayman and so I have been going out of town without the trailer...

The heck of this, was that I had just scored a used Will Wood hidden hitch, the one that mounts behind the license plate and so it works on the Cayman unlike the bumperette mounting style. It was in transit when this flat tire happened, and arrived at my house the following day... I am installing it right now so I can resume towing my trailer.
