Wanted: Carbotech XP-8 brake pad in 986 S front fitment (or G-LOC R8)
This is pad shape CT917 and is the front for 986 Boxster S, 987 S, 996 Carrera and is the rear shape for 996 Turbo and 4S
I'm currently running XP-10 front XP-8 back which was a perfect fit when I was running NT-01. Now that I am back on the Hankook R-S3, the XP-10 is too powerful in the front and it is very easy to get into ABS and I am not able to modulate like I was with the XP-10/NT-01 front combo.
I'm hoping that someone has a used set of XP-8 laying around that they wouldn't mind parting with for a minimal cost or even free
So I can see if that resolves my situation.
