GSR Roll Bar Extension $375 + 996 sport seats

My wife has "politely requested" that if I am going to buy a plane then I should stop taking my car to the track. I enjoy racing, but I have made my decision, so no need for the roll bar extension anymore.

In good shape. No scratches. Satin black smooth powdercoat, not crinkle finish like the Brey-Krausse units.

I work in San Diego, San Bernadino, and Orange counties. Will deliver for free with deposit if it works with my work schedule..

Also have a set of hardback 996 sports seats in black that I am willing to let go of.

Text me for pics.

Ha, I used to fly and had my own plane circa late 90's/early 2000's, it makes the owning and tracking my Boxster seem affordable

For shipping if you don't sell your seats locally, the UHaul grand wardrobe box which is 24x21x48 is great for seats, if you cut down the height down from 48" to 40" or less which moves the box outside of the category of "Large box handling". I have shipped a recaro profi seat and a Sparco circuit pro halo seat in those boxes, both with decently sized wings, should fit those sport seats.

Hey 986 folks here are some photos of the seats. They are in nice shape with no rips or tears. There is a seam that has been restitched as shown in the pics. The backs have some damage from my roll bar extension. They will come with the plastic cover pieces for the brackets, but will not come with the seat belt clips unless you send me yours.
I apologize to those who texted me 2 months ago, but it took some time to get my driver's side seat bracket.

When I got to this part I figured the wife was gone!

I'm interested in the sport seats. Cost? Can you box and ship them?

Thanks,

Rick

Haha. No I'll be keeping her... and both P-cars actually, but selling my E30 pseudo-track-car and a bunch of racing stuff to make room for the new weekend hobby!

I want $1650obo for the seats and I can definitely pack and ship them for you. Fedex ground will be about $140-160 for the pair (not having your actual address, I used SWOSU as a reference) including the weight of the packing materials. Maybe less if I can get the box below 40" tall as Steved0x suggests in his post?

If you ship the seats another option is Greyhound........much much cheaper than UPS or FED EX and easy to use. I have used them in the past for bumper covers and similar sized objects with very good results.
