WTB rim 18x7.5 from 2003 Boxster S
Not sure of the name of the rim. Bent mine and tried to get it repaired.

that was not repairable?
are those cracks at both ends of the dent?
try a different shop
That is a Carrera LT ( I believe). IMHO, the best looking wheel

Those are not cracks, it's the paint peeling at that point. Tried two shops in Austin, one wouldn't touch it, the other tried but I think they tried with the tire still installed because they scuffed the sidewall nearly bald. Nice huh. I was going thru my mechanic shop here in town, they didn't charge me for the "repair" but I did have to take it to Discount Tire to get it sealed at the repair spot with bead sealer because it was leaking. The paint hadn't cured so now some nice new mars on the fresh paint.

There's a good place up in Dallas but I'd still go with BYprodriver given the choice between the two

Just seeing if it will let me reply to a post. It won't let me post. Says needs moderator approval and I've checked back over the past couple of hours. No dice.
Hmm. But it will let me reply to posts.... Am I doing something wrong? I'm really not getting why I can't post without approval. I gave my email address, confirmed it. This isn't NSA, it's a non-factory Porsche forum? What's the dealio? PM'd moderators, no replies, tried to post, no dice. Can someone please confirm my golden ticket and let me ask my question without hijacking another thread?
