Its not a Halogen Bulb tho. Its an HID Bulb inside of the Lit Headlights. And the Projector Lens is Plastic? I get the outside headlight lens is plastic, most cars are. BMW, Mercedes. But I didn't know the Projector lens was plastic. I don't get how that wouldn't melt. HID's aren't as hot as Halogen but they are still melting hot.
My headlights are pretty sharp now. After re clearing the outter lens. But I've put a lot of work into them to get them that way since they are plastic and yellowing. Lots of sanding, buffing and clear coat.
