In the 90s they had this idea that one car shouldn't blind another. Nowadays, the DRLs on the new cadillac are FAR brighter than my high beams. And yeah remember that in 97, HID projectors were pretty new, now they're standard equipment on minivans.
Good stuff. Aftermarket with the look of OEM. A friend of mine put S2000 projectors in his Civic and the light output is so sharp its almost got a laser edge to it.
