No, I haven't had the opportunity to drive a Boxster with this type of tonneau cover installed. The tonneau cover is constructed of some pretty hefty fabric, and with the location of the fasteners that hold the cover in place, I wouldn't imagine you'd get a lot of wind buffeting, but that's merely conjecture on my behalf.
