This one is painted Arctic Silver and includes the center latch. You will have to provide your own twist locks if your car does not already have them. I will not ship this item. This sale is a local east Tennessee cash pick up only. (Real close to the Dragon though if you want to drive one of the best enthusiast roads in the United States.) It is very large and was mildly damaged in shipping the first time. There is a corner nicked off on the right side of the hatch. It never bothered me so I never did anything with it.
