While doing the extended 60K service on my 2002 Boxster base, which includes S-oil cooler and 3rd radiator installation, I bought new genuine water pump ($$) and low temp thermostat. - SOLD!
Turns out, both original water pump and thermostat (180 degree) are in pristine condition.
I am offering both for sale to anyone who happens to be on a shoe-string budget.

Used water pump $50 + shipping
Used Thermostat $10 + shipping
If money is no object, the smart move is to buy new. If money is tight, you can buy genuine Porsche good used parts for a small fraction of the cost.
