It should fit all 97-04 Boxsters (both base 2.7 and S 3.2 models), but it was specifically made for a 00 S. It is easy to mount, fits perfectly, and saves a good 20 lbs over the OEM muffler. It sounds really good, but is too loud for me. Like all aftermarket Boxster exhausts, this one produces some unwanted resonance between 2000 and 3000 rpm. Sounds amazing from 3000 to redline.
