How much for the jack, lug wrench, and threaded wheel centering stud?

You buy a $60K sports car and it doesn't even come with friggin jack! I know, it doesn't have a spare so I shouldn't need a jack but I've got to change my snows to summer tires soon (hopefully this winter will end). I had to use the jack from my 79 Mustang Pace Car to put the snows on.

Are the seat sliders for sale?

Will you sell them separately from the seats? If not, how much do you want for the seats?

Is the motor still availible. I'm assuming it's a 2.7L. I'm local and willing to pick up.

Thank you,
John
