...you can find out how reasonable the deal is by doing comps. generally you should compare yours to similar items available for sale on the market at the same time, and you'd subtract $3 - $4k for every year you go backward. For example, i found a 2002 S with 45k miles for $28k

so that'd effectively price yours at $25k. So i'd say a reasonable deal, but definitely not a bargain.
