I have seen this. If you can only use the track 3 times per year it is probably too expensive and not worth it. I belong to the PCA and Pantera Clubs and they both do Pocono and other race track events which cost only a few hundred dollars each event. You could track your car 3 times per year for around $1,000 versus the $7,500 this club is looking for.
