If anyone else ever has this problem it is indeed an easy fix. Some instructions I found make it apper that you have to remove the center cosole, but that is not necessary. You will need a rivet gun, torx driver, handsaw and drill.

If anyone in Central Virginia ever needs a hand with one, let me know.
