I have Wix in the car now.
All 3 come with the O-ring. None come with the drain plug washer.
I have reused the O-ring and washer several times, on my car. Also, I have not use a torque wrench on my car for an oil change in years.

Same here. The OEM porsche filters I've bought just come with the rubber o-ring and no crush washer. It is a mystery that some say the stock filter comes with a new crush washer because mine never have. My stock washer is on the 3rd oil change with no leaks.
