The Heater Core has probably not failed - you most likely have a blocked Drain for the AC Condensate. My thought it was from the heater core because its coming from just behind the center console area on the passenger side where the heater core should be, and it only happens when the heater is on, not when the AC is though. So I figure I am going to take it in and have them look at it. If it is the heater core, I will ask them to replace the carpet as well.
