Chills, it can be done. And with most things Porsche related...ain't cheap. As a factory option I think mine was $535.

There is a great, very high end, paint shop in Lake Bluff called Ultimate Paint Shop (847-295-7404). They do all the Porsche body work for The Porsche Exchange up on the north shore. The owner's name is Joe Young. He will take it out, paint it and re-install for about $950. He will need the car for about 4-5 days. FYI.
