Pretty much. I negotiated the price, went to the bank to get a cashiers check, then went back to his house to pick up the car. Fast transaction.

Thanks. The car is more finished than what I was looking for, but it worked out for the better. I can drive the car now and fix it as needed. I guess my idea of project is different than yours. The pic in my other post that you posted was definately a project car. I'm starting on the smaller side of project. Found a car that looks good and still runs for my first project. Eventually the car will be exactly what I wanted.
