A couple of years ago it was in Hershey PA. About 2 hours from where I lived. I was an NNJR member at the time. I think ONLY 10, non "board members" - ie Region Pres, vp etc) were accepted. That's not to say hundreds of members didn't travel out to visit, especially the concours, but the actual acceptance of members seemed very low, considering the fact that with-in 3 hours of hershey are likely 6,000 PCA members!

I would have a better chance applying and being accepted for (in)San(e) Diego this year!

Sadly, though, not going. Last parade for me, as a kid, was 1979!
