Aluminum Pedals

Well, I'm about to pull the trigger on my first ( and certainly not my last ) mod :

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Porsche-Pedals-Boxster-Carrera-GT2-GT3-C4S-996-986-TT-S_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ33700QQihZ016QQitemZ2 60086362370QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW

I have some concerns and I need some advice :

1. It looks like you screw these on to the existing rubber pedals. Is this easy to do ? Is it hard to line these up correctly ?

2. Since these are in addition to the stock rubber pedals, do they stick out a lot ? I have long legs and my seat is already as far back as it will go. Will I notice a difference with these pedals ?

3. Any advantages to do this ( other than looks, of course ) ?

porsche986spyder, thanks for finding this for me !

Any help would be appreciated...

Thanks in advance !

Nick
