There are two options I looked into.
One was by Willwood (I believe try a google) which attached via the license plate area and used a hitch like on a trailer. You then got a bike carrier from Yakima or Thule to "hang" it on the hitch.
The other was by Birdautomotive and attached underneath and came with its own bike carrier. It used straps that hooked onto the top of rear trunk as well.
I went with the Birdautomotive because I was concerned about the toe weight of hanging more than 50 pounds of bike and bike carrier to a hitch that wasn't mounted to the car frame itself. My Bianchi is too expensive to take such a risk.
But many have reported no problems with the WIllwood.
Both systems were over $300.
