I suspect Porsche has essentially reserved all of the S GO - series plates for their use. Some sort of manufacturers plate, essentially.
Apparently the second and third letters are often used as characters in a vanity plate. "S EX" plates are common in Stuttgart, according to what I found in some web references.
"SA" and "SS" plates are prohibited, but not "S EX".
