I have some answers for you.
1. I used Cargraphics cats. They are 100 cell. Got them from Fiberwerks in FL for $900 a pair. Can't believe everything a sales guy tells you.
2. For the front O2 sensors you can use your old rear ones. The wire is long enough but I turned the engine mounted mating connectors to give me extra slack.
3. I used the old front O2 sensors in the rear after the cats. I extended the cable using Teflon insulated wires, silicone tape from Home depot and a Silicone jacket I found at Napa. You must crimp the wires according to Bosch engineer. Do not solder.
I had the car on a Dynojet and got 239 Rear Wheel HP. and it feel great!
Hope this helps. Let me know if you have other questions.
