I have the ROW M30 springs on my car, coming from the ROW standard springs. The front dropped maybe some 10mm, no noticeable change in the rear height. I paired them with Bilstein shocks and the combination gives a much firmer ride. Quite what I was looking for, but might be too firm if the road conditions are poor.

If you go with ROW M030 springs and want to combine with Bilstein, be sure to get the B8 version. The B4 is set more for the standard springs and is too long, just like the B6.

Most other springs will drop you more toward the 30mm which might be too much (for me it would be). You could consider upgrading just the shocks. I had a bit of a rear end wobble on my BMW E91 (which was set up like a French car, really bad) and it is now finally fixed with the Bilstein B6 shocks. Good thing is that the ride itself is not much harsher.
