For me I am only working on one variable, I am using an ApexI SAFC to adjust the MAF signal. I am pretty close to ideal settings, just need to tweak the 4000RPM range to lean it out a bit, the rest of the range is pretty good, around 13:1. Also, my exhaust is stock at the moment, so hoping to build something there as well, as that is where the rest of the gains will be, from what I understand.

Interesting, I've never seen one installed in a modern car.

I've only seen similar devices in cars from the 90s, mainly Mazdas and Hondas.

What model are you installing specifically? I'd like to find out more info about it.
