The first thing is to read the codes with PIWIS/Durametric or another suitable code reader. These engines are not prone to failing lifter(s). When you already had a oil pressure issue it is most likely that you still have a problem with that, changing the oil of course helped but this is "the small scale on the balance". You have the possibility to
check oil pressure very simpel. I would start with that!
