Using ride height sensors to assess aerodynamics

Just wondering if anyone has done this? I read up a bit on many posts related to aerodynamics of the boxster, mainly because my factory rear spoiler is inoperative and there is an aftermarket spoiler mounted on the rear lid. I was wondering which would be better overall (but surely no one can tell )

So I was playing with the idea of just measuring. The OEM ride height sensors of the Litronic can likely be used as it does just that. Or a bit more fancy would be laser distance sensors. Both ways you should be able to tell the ride height (averaged out due to bumps, just like the Litronic does as well, maybe shorter average period though) and the change in ride height front / rear with speed will tell you the up/downforce on that side.
