Great idea, I'll be doing it on mine since the trans is out, but I can't get the damn sockets out? Mine is a MY2000, I assume they are both 10mm, but I can't for the life of me get them off. I have removed the outer clamp ring, but they won't pop off. The shifter cables came off without too much fuss, but these are defeating me.
