I got back my 02 S from the shop for a new clutch too, and it was the same as yours. Clutch disc worn down to the rivets, and the stock flywheel was pretty badly scored and had hotspots throughout. I replaced it with a stock clutch kit and stock dual-mass flywheel. Also replaced the stock slave cylinder, which was leaking. The car also needed an intermediate shaft seal repair, and they went ahead and did the RMS, even though it wasn't leaking, as a preventative and to get the latest up-to-date "Cayenne" seal in there. It drives soooooo much better now! What a difference!
