What is causing this high-pitched noise?

I am experiencing a high-pitched noise coming from the left side and am having trouble finding the cause.
I would like to hear your thoughts on the cause of the noise.

A video of the noise, the characteristics of the noise, and what we have tried are listed below.

https://youtu.be/0Cle-MUAB2Q?si=eJd2Rmtm9ECfCuuE

・A high-pitched noise that sounds like a "feeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee !”
・It is coming from the left side of the vehicle. Not sure about front or rear.
・The noise is linked to vehcle speed and always sounds when the speed goes above about 40 km/h. The higher the speed, the higher the sound.
・It is not related to engine RPM or braking. (In the video, the clutch is disengaged and the brake is turned on and off, but there is no change.)
・water temp Cold/Hot, Roof open or closed, have no effect on the sound.
・Hub bearing inspection is normal (No small noise when lifting up, shaking the tire, and turning it).
・Front bumper was removed and cleaned of dusts,no change on sound.

Future plans
I plan to tape up the front left radiator intake and see if the sound changes
Are there any other items that should be inspected?
Please help me by your knowledge.
