Take a peak, with a flashlight, at the transmission mount that side. I had a SMALL oil leak in that same proximity. Assumed the same thing (tube, etc.). When I actually poked my head under... peeking up... transmission mount. If that's it, you'll see hydraulic fluid pooling on the bottom of the mount.
