If you don't need both of them, something like
this would be ideal. I didn't see any dual male to female adaptors that don't have at least 3 feet of cable on them. There is a dual female to female
here with no cables, but then you would need 2 male to male adpaters like
these, so it depends on how much you want to spend and how important both plugs are to you.
