Hey everyone, just picked up a 2001 S primarily for track duty/time attack up here in Alberta and figured I should probably use and contribute to the information on the forums here. New to Boxster ownership, but not to Porsche!
She's Finnish built with ~130,000km. Wanted one above 100,000km so I can be relatively confident it's free of the bore scoring problems I've read about. has an IMS retrofit as well.
Plans are just to clean up the body work, sticky tires, drivetrain mounts, and deep sump oil pan w/ baffle. Wilder plans are on hold until I'm more comfortable with the platform.
