My ICV had a crack in the housing for the electric motor. This was on the bottom side facing down. So you will need to remove your ICV. I found the crack using a smoke machine. Given the cost of this simple device being so unreasonable, I decided to fix it with epoxy.

Another source of vacuum leak was the block of plate on the right side intake manifold, which would be the mirror to the fitting for the vacuum port for the brake booster. A simple o-ring is all that was needed. Hope that helps!
