Before I dive into this project, I want to make sure I have the right glues around.
You suggested a 3M spray adhesive, it must be this one ? "3M Headliner & Fabric Adhesive, 18.1 oz. Aerosol Can" on Amazon ,
which is specifically for fabric and liners. I like the fact that it is slow cure, 60min, so there is plenty of time for fine adjustments !
You suggest to spray the adhesive a paper plate and then apply it to the canvas with a disposable brush.
I wonder if there is a product out there that does the same, but not in a spray can :
Some sort of contact adhesive, maybe Goop. Or Aleene's Fabric Fusion on Amazon. Or Loctite Vinyl Fabric & Plastic Repair Flexible adhesive (1 oz squeeze tube).
