Lots of youtube videos on this. You may not be getting a good ground if you're using the terminal in the fuse box and it doesn't work. I couldn't get a ground on the metal toward the front of the car then tried the chrome metal door latch on the rear side of the body in the driver door opening. Got a ground and the frunk open.
